Our kickboxing classes are ideal for getting in shape, having fun and learning self defense!

This class is perfect for women that want to get a tough workout while learning proper strikes. Unlike other kickboxing classes in Orlando, all of our kickboxing instructors have actual martial arts experience (even fight experience), so that our students are being taught correct technique and form on their punches and kicks.

This is beneficial for a couple reasons: 

  1. The students can actually use these techniques in self defense situations

  2. Punching and kicking with proper form will prevent injuries due to unnecessary strain on the body

It is a perfect compliment to our Women’s Boot Camp and Yoga classes.
